Demi Moore Bags First Major Award In Film Acting After Staggering 42 Years In The Industry

Demi Moore (62) was honored with the Best Actress Award for the movie The Substance, at the Golden Globe Awards 2025 alias 82nd Golden Globe Awards ceremony that was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, CA, on January 5, 2025 (local time).
The award becomes her first from a major film award organization since she joined the movie industry more than 42 years ago.
The absolutely outstanding movie star made her film acting debut by starring in the movie Parasite in 1982. Her breakthrough into the global stage of film acting hence fame and wealth probably came in 1990, after starring in the movie Ghost in which she portrayed the character of Molly Jensen. From that moment, popularity of some her movies rocketed, becoming the highest-paid actress in Hollywood in 1995. Despite that, however, the stunningly beautiful Demi Moore never bagged an award from a major film award organization until now.
