Creative Arts Emmy Awards 2019 ceremony that is a preamble to the landmark Primetime Emmy Awards 2019 ceremony also known as the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony, was held at the Microsoft Theater, Los Angeles, California, on September 14 - 15, 2019. The ceremony was, however, not aired. Instead it will be aired on September 21, 2019 a day before the Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony on September 22, 2019.

Celebrities who attended the event were in wonderful outfits and fashion accessories that very likely reflect their choices, preferences, and probably endorsement of latest or emerging fashion trends of some outfits.
